[Othres] Final Project #318

Dear TA, I am using a visual studio 2019, and when I open the file with write mode, it suddenly get stuck and exit code by itself. I think it is an issue regarding compiler. How should I deal with this problem?

I really have no idea, how about installing visual studio 2017
