Rebase from newest CLRMD and merge minor changes and fixes #50

Instead of embedding CLRMD's source into the project, we are now using an external binary based on a fork of CLRMD from goldshtn/clrmd. This fork has minimal changes applied and will be updated as CLRMD itself gets updated.
