Modx Revo 2.4.3 (2.4.2 too)

Another error: 1 When you create a new tag and press "enter". Tag transliteration from Russian into English. Although it should not be. Example - Writing the new tag Pressing "enter" After Writing the new tag

2 Not translated the text in the button "Load more" Variable $_lang['smarttag.load_more!'] in lexicon/ru/cmp.inc.php

Try to set smarttag.use_filter in System Settings to 0

Looks like it's just missing a :before selector. I added some height and width to the control and it does still work. Disabling smart filter does help. Really I want it to work more like auto tag, but keeping the whole separate database stuff.
