Sure I will try to make that available for you
@IzzySoft any particular reason for this? you can always fork the repo and make your own release APK?
I'm no developer, and neither have any dev environment set up. So are several other Android users no devs and w/o dev environment – even if it would be as easy as git clone $repo && cd $repodir && gradlew assembleRelease
(if I got that right here).
My particular reason is that I offer to host such APKs via my F-Droid repo. My updater script can automatically fetch updates from Codeberg/Github/GitLab releases, so new versions would show up within less than 24h. Think of my repo as "F-Droid lite": criteria are a bit more relaxed (app still must be open source and ideally come without trackers/proprietary stuff). Projects not (yet) fully meeting F-Droid's strict requirements often use my repo as stepping-stone until they're ready to meet them (more than 150 such apps "passed" my repo on their way there), others just stay. It's currently serving 540 apps, and quite popular. So it would make your app available for the more privacy-focused ones avoiding Play for "reasons" – as well as for users who simply have no access to Play (Huawei device owners etc).
Would you consider making the APK available outside of Play Store as well (e.g. attached to your
releases/
here) – so folks without Play Store access have a chnace to use your app? Thanks in advance!
