0.6.4.5 Added cache/css/ and cache/js/: Don't see progress indicator

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Added cache/css/ and cache/js/
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When saving configuration from UI I don't see progress indicator.
progress.html is in cache/js/.

Rollback: Going back to default cache/ (no css/ & js/) shows progress
indicator.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
environment?

0.6.4.5

It seems to be fixed with rev.845. Can't test properly on localhost, will test 
on 
dedicated server later.

Tested again: Added cache/css/ and cache/js/

No, sorry, same result: When saving configuration from UI I don't see progress 
indicator.
progress.html is in cache/js/.

Status: Not fixed.

please clean cache in browser. There is new yass.loadbar.js file. It can be 
cached.
Tested this build on a remote server -- all was OK.

OK. Good hint. 
Confirm working progress indicator after cleaning browser cache.

(yass.loadbar.js > yass.loader.js?)

yass.loadbar.js is used internally in admin part
yass.loader.js is used for unobtrusive logic for website
