Operating Environment:
---------------------
OS: Linux Fedora 14 64-bit
HTTP: Nginx version: nginx/0.9.3 (No Apache at all!)
PHP: PHP-FPM; PHP 5.3.4 (fpm-fcgi) Using via Nginx with
"fastcgi_pass")
CMS: Wordpress SVN = 3.1-beta2-17056
DNS (Public): NSD version 3.2.6
Web-optimizator: 1.4.0b [SVN Release = r2865]

Using xcache V1.3.1

After a reboot, I run http://www.webpagetest.org/ (note that at this stage I
have NOT run the web-optimizator [Refresh Cache] option - via the admin CP.

The very first instance of a page test with http://www.webpagetest.org/
results in this (next few lines below):

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Request: URL:
http://cdn2.peterbowey.com.au/wp-content/plugins/webo-site-speedup/cache/wo.stat
ic.php?/wp-content/plugins/webo-site-speedup/cache/yass.loader.js

Response Headers:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Once this initial [cold boot] pass is processed; - all further http page tests
show "no problems"

If I switch web-optimizator to using a FILE CACHE (and not xcache) there is no
cold boot problem.

It makes sense to me that Xcache loses all cache data on a reboot, and therefor
we may need a [web-optimizator] initial cold start process to prepare the
xcache (a once-only event)

XCache cache doesn't related to wo.static.php cache / functionality. Please
provide info if this issue is reproducable
