from the dapp-manager POV there is no clean way to redirect stdout/stderr
stdout/stderr might be necessary (e.g. Runner errors, or invalid descriptors/configs)
Optional: it might be useful (although not necessary) to be able to pass the same argument to --stdout and --stderr and dapp-runner would merge them into a single stream.
This should work like
