Jobs finishing in InvoiceSent status #183

GamerHash reports that some jobs remain in InvoiceSent status. Reproduction scenario:

Run GH app
Create cluster
Stop cluster
Stop GH app after status changes to InvoiceSent

To do:

Investigate if the problem is result of incorrect status handling on facade side or if modelserve doesn't accept Invoices
