Copy gftp provider from yapapi #86

Also, again - assuming this PR is supposed to be not only straight copy from yapapi - there's this issue: https://github.com/golemfactory/golem-core-python/issues/4. It is pretty important and directly related (although I don't know If there's a reason to do this now).

I added that to our SDK project so we can tackle it.
