Upload input files to the provider #43

This commit will be squash-merged.

Tasks:

[x] implement upload
[x] use the upload field for heat_solver
[ ] (abandoned) add support for better data output in heat_solver, so as to deprecate the game-life example
[x] test the new configs

I won't change the way heat_solver produces output, since it's the usual way HPC apps do. Instead, I'll later on add support for gumpi to keep the input and output data in separate directories.
