Work has been started.
These users each claimed they can complete the work by 2 days, 19 hours from now. Please review their action plans below:
1) unenunciate has started work.
A decentralized meta search engine hosted via IPFS. 2) marijnstevens has started work.
At this moment, we can only run x86_64 docker images-> qmvi images.
What is a shame with all these Raspberry Pi Clusters out there, also, like it or not, if Apple moves... people will follow. Also there is a huge focus in general on MIPS per watt, so the swift to ARM will happen.
And also a supercomputer with support for multiple architectures, is cool.
The plan is to get builds out for armv7 & aarch64 providers. 3) hhio618 has started work.
A decentralized parallel DBSCAN clustering algorithm on top of Golem! ( see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DBSCAN). Based on my previous Idea of a modified DBSCAN clustering algorithm that works on top of Apache Spark in here: https://github.com/hhio618/dbscan-pysprak. 4) developerinprogress has started work.
Mutta Puffs is a sports league scheduler automated on several computers from decentralized market of computational power in Golem. It patches an near-optimal schedule together by solving Population-based Travelling Tournament Problem (https://www.aaai.org/Papers/AAAI/2007/AAAI07-041.pdf). For sports leagues that conduct nearly 300 games in a single season with around 10 to 20 teams finds the need to automate the scheduling process. Obtaining a near optimal solution for the travelling tournament problem has proven to taken up a lot of computational power especially when the constraints are making the problem more complex day by day. Parallelizing the algorithm on thousands of providers in Golem network could reduce the time to obtain a near-optimal schedule. 5) digital-guru has started work.

I dont know how to respond. I'm absent of the project for a while now, an nobody merged my trunk into the tree, (I understand why) but I';m still a little butt hurt, my extend of the entire project was just a method to provide virtualization proof to multiple cpu cores *the basis of golem is qemue, and qemue understand arch/x86/x86_64/risc V/spark... that golem can go x86/arm/ was my only goal, if you are going for multiple compute unit, why only make it for x86_64 only (read=at that time there was only rust x86_64 code, perhaps it changed. I dont belive it, but ... I dont know.). RlTR; ,my merge request never merged; and I could have continued the project, but for (im not lying, 3 people wanted ARM support) atm, I ... just couldnt support it.
Golem Network is a cloud computing power service where everyone can develop, manage and execute workloads in an unstoppable, inexpensive and censorship-free environment.
This is a bounty for the 0xHack Hackathon May 2021. For the hackathon guidelines, knowledge base, and others, please click here.
Note: this category does not require blockchain / smart contracts previous knowledge. You can build on Golem as if you'd build on a regular cloud compute platform.
Golem Network Open Track Bounty: May the most compelling application win! The Open Track’s main rule is to build a great application on top of Golem. Please note that the app has to be working to be considered for this bounty.
You will be able to submit until May 31st, 2021 at 10:59am CEST. If your project qualifies for other bounties, make sure to submit to those separately.
Please make sure your submission is according to our guidelines.
