Why:

We want to be able to test application

What:

Use mainnet by default (GolemLib implementations use Mainnet by default)
Create flag to use testnet (MockGUI/examples use Testnet by default. -m cmdline param enables Mainnet)
bool IGolem.Mainnet and string IGolem.Network readonly properties (displayed in MockGUI)
encrypted Mainnet key in git repo
overriding Provider wallet address on MockGUI when using Mainnet to use Requestor address
