I verified it manually on a RELEASE build. To verify it

start ya-runtime-ai.exe (e.g. by running a job on MockUI)
start resmon.exe
go to CPU > select ya-runtime-ai.exe process > go to Associated Modules and check if it does NOT include line like: ya-runtime-ai.exe 164596 VCRUNTIME140.dll 14.40.33617.1 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\VCRUNTIME140.dll
