Goal: Integrate yapapi with golem-core-python #1070

This task covers two goals:

We should verify the usability and design of the golem-core API to determine its actual state and suggest improvements
We should take over golem-core and integrate it with Yapapi where applicable and beneficial

The task should be considered done if:

[ ] Yapapi and golem-core-python have a non-redundant code base
[ ] There is a clear split between the mid-level API and the high-level API
[ ] Yapapi maintained backward compatibility (service API examples & dapp-runner should be able to use Yapapi without major changes)
[x] A recommendation report on golem-core is prepared
