I'll move them all to the editor. Also note that you can edit physics materials on character, floor and walls that greatly influence movement.
Removed some constants in the files, made recoil multiplier public. Now everything related to the character movement is exposed to the editor. However, now you have to add MovementController script to all characters as well.
I noticed you can only change character speed, this doesn't help when I want to edit things about the movement, such a sensitivity, his sliding and whatnot. A few more parameters to help tweak movement would be nice. I know you have some implemented but they are not changeable in editor.
