Node not published to npmjs #3

The node is not found on npmjs.org so the README.md install instructions do not work. Any chance of publishing the node or updating the README.md to include details of installing directly from github

e.g. 

npm install goliatone/node-red-contrib-bacnet

@hardillb currently finished the project this module was originally developed for, will try to find some time to update the module and publish

Not able to connect to BACnet Device.If you can provide guidelines for establishing connection to BACnet devices.Also helpful if you can properties supported. Thanks.

Do you still plan to publish or support this contrib node?

@dopry It looks like the other package will have more support than this package- I have not been able to find the time to work on it again (main issue is getting access to a bacnet service to properly test it, can't access the one I used to build the prototype I needed this package for.
