update firmware binary file #17

currently outdated. README references nodemcu_integer_0.9.6-dev_20150704.bin

@alnjxn I did update the release version recently, so maybe there is a reference to the old version in a README or a tutorial, but the bin directory currently has that version, can you double check?

yes. updated in the latest pull
