A: Make /Library/Python/2.7/site-packages/ writable
B: Ensure we have Python 2.x (requirement for esptool.py)
- B.1: If we have Python 3.x check pyenv
C: Ensure we can write to global npm pacakge dir!

Maybe use setuptools?
