treewide: migrate from QCBOR to zcbor

[mniestroj]

zcbor is supported by Zephyr upstream, so there is no need to maintain the glue layer and pulling (security) fixes. Additionally zcbor is more lightweight and fits even better into MCU based projects with little resources.
