Rev C Ostentus Changes #10

Note the first commit is really part of the last rev, I'll move the Rev A tag after this PR goes through

Doesn't need review until we get the test boards back from JLC (~ Dec 1)

This is really Rev C and all documents have been changed to match this. The branch name will be rev-b until merging, at which point it will be deleted. All Macrofab ordering references Rev C. There are no identifying marks on the board for the version number, though there probably should have been.

Previous references to "Rev A" in the commit history were really Rev B, but it was the first time we did builds (as opposed to PCBs) and that's where the discrepancy lies.
