Create a unified repository

This PR moves in changes from a few different repositories. All development for Ostentus will now happen here:

• ostentus_i2c now located in the module directory
• micropython ostentus module located in module_py
• epaper driver located in the drivers directory
• Customizations to pimoroni-pico and micropython are now applied using patches in the patches directory
