Now it covers pretty much all of them
I could add a few more but that would require some fixes in xraylib's CS_FluorLine, and none of these lines are important anyway
The header now contains the macro names instead of the corresponding integers, making it more safe with respect to future xraylib updates
This header is generated using an IDL script, which I dont think should be distributed to the users.
