Open setup even if no desks were found #12

Explained in #10. Currently, if the app detects no desks, it'll get stuck in an infinite loop because bluetooth manager will not resolve the promise. We should add some kind of timeout to that behavior, and display an error of sorts if this happens and suggested steps
