Versioning #273

Could this package be versioned and tagged accordingly for better integration with tools such as dependabot?

This project is complete so there won't be many changes in the future, other than bugfixes.

I don't see what version scheme I could possibly use.

what about 1.0.0 as dependabot understands SemVer
