Is older than the Stable version which is v1.10. Anyone who is on 1.10a3 (dev channel) does not get update to v1.10 when using Firefox's AMO.
Dev channel should get the stable update too, and when beta/alpha version is added to Development Channel, anyone on this branch will get the test version. Similarly to how other add-ons does it, for example TabMixPlus or ClassicThemeRestorer
