When I done the "Save Image As" gesture, filepicker popups and click [Save], but nothing is saved.

Error in browser console: aInitiatingDocument is null contentAreaUtils.js:405:0

It works with 1.10.7, however it is broken since 1.10.8.

"Save Image" not working also.
