Background tab is invisible when opening the tab from the tab at the bottom of list #7

Steps to Reproduce: Opens many tabs as the scrollbar appears. Selects the tab at the bottom of the list. Opens a link in background tab.

Actual Results: Automatically scrolls as the background tab is visible.

Expected Results: The background tab is invisible.
