Getting "Failed to execute command." when doing command #79

The command doesn't work and just gives me "Failed to execute command." and in server log, the stuff in pastebin show up I know that i could be doing the command wrong, but atleast have "usage: " instead of fail in both client and server. I couldn't get the znpcs to work either I had to remove it and install the newer version znpcsplus and it worked I don't run paper but it might help your issue but I am having an issue with it not keeping my skins I loaded for them when i leave the server and come back they all look like Alex or Steve hope this helped a bit. I read somewhere that the guy that made znpcs dropped the project so a group picked it up and made znpcsplus I don't no for sure to the spgot page didn't go into details and it's weird because they both got new updates
