It's time to retire TravisCI with a more integrated tool like GitHub (thanks @bieniusa for the suggestion!). Particular attention needs to go into making sure that docker images are available for each database since with the previous setup we were able to test against multiple databases and determine code coverage in this way.
Coverage decreased (-75.6%) to 15.661% when pulling 30c4f5f14e6398556726a37bbc564cfc28f27f3b on replacing-travisci-with-github-workflow into 838df8f6c04ce746821cc0cca04f212bfa350452 on master.
