Package creation scripts need to be cleaned up and merged, and should produce an mpkg. #41

See issue 38 for background.

code/tools/make_munki_pkg.sh and make_munki_pkg_from_svn.sh should be merged, 
and they should create an mpkg with app/lib/usr sub-packages.

make_munki_mpkg.sh added as r883.

Rather than dealing with packagemaker the mpkg bundle is created manually. 
There's no flat package generation yet, more packagemaker investegation is 
needed for that.
