Have a warning pop up with a countdown timer until the package is 
force-installed/uninstalled.

Possibly have the warning possibly be a field in the plist

Possibly have the time for the countdown an option in the plist

I second this request.  There is a precedent set in other patch management 
suites that achieve something similar to the countdown described, which makes 
it an often-discussed requirement when munki is introduced as an equivalent 
product.

Similar functionality is in the force_install branch, which should be merged to 
trunk in the near future.
