Multiple Manifests when using MCX #74

It could be a nice idea if it is possible to use multiple manifests for a
single host. So one can group to-be-installed-software-packages in a host-group
manner (eg. officehosts, developerhosts, osx106all, osx105all, iworkhosts,
...). This gives the possibility to put a host within mcx in various
hostgroups, with munki installing the respective Packages on the given host.
Defining which packages will be installed on a given host is no more a matter
of editing manifests but managing them in hostgroups with mcx.
Actually munki would use the first manifest found in mcx, ignoring the other
ones

MCX is just server-side management of client preferences. So without MCX, how
would this preference look on an unmanaged client? And what are the major
advantages over using included_manifests? (This might be better discussed on
munki-dev, so more people see it.)
