Hello,

A user reports a geometry problem with a romhack : https://github.com/mupen64plus/mupen64plus-video-glide64mk2/issues/127#issuecomment-1975003197

Maybe GLideN64 does not support romhacks, but I wanted to forward the bug.

@BruceShankleIV, can you provides more information : Which romhack is it ?

At first glance, it looks very similar to #2507 and #2656

Try turning on the "Inaccurate texture coordinates" option. I think it fixes some issues with drivers on older GPUs.

@Narann The romhack that was shown is Project Izou, a cancelled Ocarina of Time romhack. If you want to try it yourself, here's my patch for the demo version that released in 2013: https://mega.nz/file/8eAyRaCI#xxShtd0tClAB9dqq9mabZtRyZfuUJ6vLi2wlHu8x4zA Patch to ZELOOTMA.z64 with MD5 8CA71E87DE4CE5E9F6EC916202A623E9 You will also need to enable 8MB Ram (Expansion Pack).

I know multiple other romhacks with similar looking issues too, if you'd like me to dig them up for you I wouldn't mind if it helps you guys understand the graphical issue.

Reporting a similar issue when playing B3313 (a Mario 64 romhack) on my Steam Deck via Parallel Launcher. It's worth noting the issue does not occur when playing on my Windows 11 laptop.

Strangely, the issue is intermittent and inconsistent. I originally thought I resolved the issue by disabling "Use N64 3-Point Filtering". However, the issue returned upon subsequent runs.
