No tooltip show up but great graphs! #46

HI, I know this should work out of the box but for me it does not. I have been very happy with the renderings, colors, options etc. However I would really like to get tooltips working.

now shows tooltips :), remember need update CharJS and Angles

Just got the latest ChartJS-AnglesJS and its all good now.
