add frog-menu buffer name to `(dimmer-configure-posframe)` #59

frog-menu and frog-jump-buffer are packages that display popup frames with posframe, but don't follow the same naming convention as most posframe packages. This adds support for those packages to the convenience method for configuring posframe.
