What product is this for?  Definitely doesn't happen with HarfBuzz-based 
products in my testing.

Do you mean which software I used to type? Many of them; Pages (Mac), 
OpenOffice and Word.

I'm genuinely taking interest in your efforts and I hope the font will be 
developed because I am planning to publish a whole dictionary in the future 
using your font. 

To be precise, the problem doesn't occur while typing these letters but after a 
space is added after them. There are also many other combinations that give 
this result. If it is helpful I can run a test on a large chunk of text. 

I'm sorry I am not familiar with HarfBuzz.
