Suggest add to melpa. #1

The reason I'm not adding this to melpa is

  1. It is far from finished like your pyim
  2. IBus currently works in Emacs 24.5. So I'm kind switching to ibus.

However, I really like to evolve this project like your pyim. My currently knowledge about Emacs input is limited. It would be helpful if you could provide some advice :bow:

I add Chinese-pyim to melpa when I fork it to eim, it is far from finished too at that moment, the reason I suggest chinese-wubi to include to melpa is that its simple code, which is far more easily understand than chinese-wbim (another eim fork, develop may halt).

In my opinion, buildin chinese input method for emacs is very importent for emacs chinese user, for example, we can do wubi search with the help of wubi input method.

pinyin input method is more complex than wubi input method, If you want a feature of chinese-pyim, I can help you pick the code, but changing the code to work with wubi may you works :-) .
