tab switching stops working all of a sudden #483

What steps will reproduce the problem?

In F2 -> Shortcuts, map Ctrl+Right arrow to Next Tab, Ctrl+Left arrow to Prev
Tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The above shortcut keys to switch across tabs work initially for sometime and
then suddenly stop working. The only way to get it working is to close the
current window and start another superputty session.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Superputty 1.4.0.5, Windows 7 Enterprise
