Problem with multiple file uploads #95

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a file with size > 1MB.
2. When this file gets uploaded, select another file of any size to upload
3. After some time, the first file fails to upload. And second file gets 
uploaded successfully. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Both files should be uploaded successfully. But the first file is failing to 
upload after a couple of seconds, the second file is getting uploaded 
successfully.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gwtupload-0.6.3-compat.jar.

I observed this behavior in firefox browser in Linux, and IE 8 browser in 
Windows.

Please provide any additional information below.

It seems an issue with 0.6.3, could you test 0.6.4-SNAPSHOT. I'm unable to 
reproduce the issue with ff linux nor IE8 nor IE7.

0.6.4-SNAPSHOT does not have the issue.
