in single upload and manual submit mode,when i call the uploader.submit() it fail to upload a file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.choose a single file
2.click the submit button manually to upload a single file
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i hope the selected file will be uploaded successfully,but it failed for 
several reasons, timeout,or server error and so on

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gwtupload0.6.1 ,windows machine

Please provide any additional information below.
when i debugged the code, i found the summit event was canceled,so it failed,i 
don't know why,
