This is the weirdest issue I've ever encountered, but I just updated the Cypher system to the newest build (Foundry 11.308 and Cypher 2.10.3) and now the character sheets don't scroll when this module is activated. Not even when I'm on a non-animated version of the sheet. I checked on both my browser (Firefox) and on the hosting computer. Whenever the module is active, the character sheets no longer scroll.

Same issue, I had to deactivate the module.
