Updating readme to reflect the discussion in https://github.com/gonzaarcr/Fildem/issues/18

Hi! I think you are mixing two different things there. The issue in the README is not about the padding but the margin. That is small edge case that I found, that it’s probably only on the theme I use, but it’s not the same as the padding setting. Maybe I should explain it better or remove it all together.

That might explain why the README solution didn't work for me. Lemme take another crack at it.

I realized that the info I needed was already in the readme, but it was above the section that I edited in this PR.
