Need review of R2019b version #2

@chala-og I've just created the R2019b branch. I'll leave this issue open until we manage to make the project work in that version of MATLAB. Let me know any problem you have!

It's worth saying that in order to make the VehicleMechanics.slx model work you will need the corresponding version of the Simscape Multibody Contact Forces Library.
