CnWizards conflicts with DDevExtensions #27

Andy makes excellent fixes to Delphi bugs, way before Embarcadero manages to do 
them.
So his tools are often installed.

Yet there is problem - when double-click on code editor tabs, Cn
Wizards Editor Enhancements try to do "close tab"
And DDevExt tries to do "Zoom Tab"

And as they both do it - they end with Access Violation error in VCL.

I think, CnWizards should not try to close tab if DDevExt is loaded and Zoom is 
enabled by double-click. Let user use mid-click instead of AV and possible IDE 
crash.

I think this is old and should be closed.
You can now disable the close tab by Double-click using configurations:
Menu CnPack -> IDE Enhancements Settings  -> Editor Enhancements -> 
Tabset/Buttons -> Close Page by Double-click. [Uncheck]
