Delpgi can't start because fmx162.bpl is missing #45

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download CN Wizards
2. Install under Windows 7 with Delphi XE2
3. See error messages
4. Delphi doesn't have any CN Wizard menu
5. Unintall
6. Report problem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When Delphi was starting, I saw a dialog "The program can't start because 
fmx162.bpl is missing from your computer".

Also "Could not find wizard <install path>CnWizards_D16.dll"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, downloaded today 13th Jan 2013 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Maybe you do not install XE2 update 4 or later? For its compatability, the 
latest version of CnWizards, which compiled by XE2 update 4, can't run under 
XE2 Update 3 or above.

You can check https://code.google.com/p/cnpack/downloads/list

the 629 unstable version supports XE2 update3. Could you try it?

I have Delphi XE2 update 1, running on Windows XP and this solved my problem.
