Lagging of Highlight current identifier at cursor #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable highlight current identifier at cursor
2. edit existing word
3. Painting of typed text is noticeably lagging (old text is not replaced with 
new for some time)

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expecting to display typed text immediately (as if highlight of current 
identifier is disabled).
Maybe show highlight of current identifier with some delay (configurable) after 
cursor position changed, and disable while typing.

> What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Ver: 1.0.0.638 Build 2012.12.21
