put fixed on header #5

It would be a lot easier to just make the header fixed, and not the individual pieces of the header fixed.

It's true, thank you. I had a lot of difficulty getting the focus on the start menu, and when I made the device menu with 480px max-width, I made the "position: fixed" specification again.
