Fix libusbx 404 #20

For some reason the current URL leads to 404 not found page, I've updated url in the code to make it point onto mirror on which we still can find it.

Thanks @Sija For some reason libusbx_1.0.17 has disapeared from official debian repository, the last version is libusbx_1.0.11.orig.tar.bz2 I'll keep an eye on this while determining if it is better to downgrade using official debian repository or use an alternative repository as you suggest
