add autogeneration of compodoc after build #90

Refering to this issue: https://github.com/gonzofish/angular-librarian/issues/74 I found a clean and simple way to automatically generate docs for the project after the build is done.

Nothing looks wrong to me, I just don't know much about compodoc, so I'm gonna defer to @litzebauer whose idea it originally was

Thanks for the PR--I had to make some small changes but this did 99% of the work! Before it's released there are so more changes that need to be made, but this will be in the next release!
