remove reference to org repo (gone) #10

I changed the link to be to https://good-labs.github.io/contributing/ which I think is most appropriate! Do you agree? If you like, you can PR a link to the CONTRIBUTING.md file directly from there, although I don't think it's necessary if someone goes to the (linked) repo and sees it front and center.
